BRANDY COLAS

Brandy was born and raised in Naples, Florida and has no intentions of living anywhere else, in her words, “I don’t do cold!” Brandy graduated from Estero High School and is Dale Carnegie trained. When Brandy isn’t
at work, she loves to spend time with family and friends doing outdoor activities like boating and fishing. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2005 and has been the Office Manager for East & Greenwell from the start since December 2012. “I’m a multi-tasker and I like to leverage my unique accelerated skills to overcome any obstacles immediately.” Brandy has established many relationships while working with East & Greenwell and is always eager to take on the next task.

CARISSA RUSSELL

Carissa spent the first half of her life in Rochester, NY. In 1989 Carissa’s family had the opportunity to move to Fort Myers. She attended and received her degree from Edison College and upon graduation began managing Sprint Mobile stores in the Naples area.It was at Sprint that Carissa met her husband, Jeff. Carissa and Jeff have been married for 11 years and have two children, Kileigh 10 and Kaeden 4. As you can imagine, two kids keep Carissa very busy, but in her free time she likes to read and spend time on the water. Carissa was recruited to in 2008. She is an expert in Property and Casualty insurance and has been extremely successful. Carissa’s success stems from her passion for learning and the ability to build relationships with her clients. Most recently Carissa completed the 2013 Dale Carnegie Training Program. Carissa is thrilled to be part of the East & Greenwell team and looks forward to working with our current & future clients. Her goal of providing the expert advice you’ll only find in a local agent is evident in every conversation.

BRYAN SCHWARTZ

Bryan is a native Floridian. After graduating from Florida State University (Go Noles) in 2005, Bryan moved to Fort Myers. He shortly after begun his career in the insurance industry and has been working hard for 15 years. In his free time, Bryan enjoys watching football, lounging by the beach & spending time with friends and his pug, Homer. Bryan is eager to work with the customers at East & Greenwell Insurance and provide the best customer experience possible.

PAIGE DAUGHERTY

Paige was born and raised here in Southwest Florida. She received her Associate of Arts Degree from Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville. After graduation, she moved back to Naples and attended Florida Gulf Coast University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Paige started working in the insurance industry in 2011 and brought that experience to East and Greenwell Insurance in 2017. Paige enjoys working as a team to provide the best customer experience possible to our customer. In her downtime, Paige likes to spend time with family and friends. She also enjoys watching Gator football and basketball on the weekends.

Coy Nuzum

Coy was born and raised in Venice, FL and relocated to Naples in 2012 after meeting his wife, Chelsey. They now have two children; Andrew and Lilly. Coy joined the East and Greenwell team in August 2020, bringing over five years of prior Allstate insurance experience. He studied at Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL where he earned his degree in Business Administration. Outside of work, Coy enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His kids keep him very active and busy but he loves to get out and try new culinary experiences with his wife and play a round of golf or go fishing whenever possible. He also doesn’t mind being dragged to Disney World every now and then. He is a big supporter of the Tampa Bay Lightning and enjoys helping his wife cheer on her hometown Pittsburgh Steelers. MELISSA BERKOFSKY

Melissa is a licensed 2-20 and 2-15 agent. She was born in Brooklyn, New York but grew up in Cape Coral. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Psychology and has an Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology from Florida Southwestern University. Before joining the insurance industry, Melissa worked as a counselor for the local Crisis Unit working with kids in an inpatient drug treatment program AND a visual manager for Kate Spade. She has always had a passion for helping people and loves talking and getting to know her customers. In her spare time Melissa enjoys spending time with her two dogs, a mini Dachshund and an Australian Shepard. She loves to shop and spend time with her family and friends and has recently taken up playing pickleball. We’re happy to have her on the team!

KRISTIN SHIMKO

Kristin was born right here in Fort Myers, Florida. When she has free time, she enjoys spending it with her family and friends. Kristin has four beautiful nieces and has loved watching them grow up. She feels so lucky to live close to all of them and enjoys going to their dance recitals and soccer games. Kristin graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Management from Florida Southwestern State College. She was an associate manager at Regal Cinemas before joining the team at East & Greenwell. She enjoys working with customers to help make their experience as worthwhile and enjoyable as possible.

JONATHAN MCALISTER

Jonathan McAlister was originally born in Long Island, NY but moved to SWFL at a young age. He attended school locally at Florida Gulf Coast University and graduated with a Business Management Degree in 2020. He has no children, but has an Australian Shepard named ‘Zoey’ who fits the title! He entered the insurance industry in August 2020 after graduation and subsequently joined our team in November 2021.
In his free time, he enjoys scuba diving, boating and any outdoor activity which fits him into Florida perfectly. We know he is a great addition to our team and look forward to see him grow within our organization.

Timothy Summers 

Timothy Summers is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, having commenced his journey in 2018 with East and Greenwell Agency. Prior to going into insurance, he spent 9 years in the mortgage industry. This experience helped Timothy become the detailed insurance agent he is today. Focusing on Home and Auto insurance, Timothy has established himself as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for customers seeking comprehensive coverage for their most valuable assets.
Driven by a genuine passion for assisting others, Timothy finds fulfillment in his role by helping people navigate the complexities of insurance and helping them get the protection they need. His commitment to meeting the unique insurance needs of each customer sets him apart, fostering long-lasting relationships within the community he serves.
Outside of work, Timothy is a skilled drummer and finds rhythm not only in the complexities of insurance policies, but also in the beats he creates behind the drum kit. This musical passion speaks to his creative and disciplined nature, qualities that undoubtedly contribute to his success in the insurance field.
Timothy is more than an insurance professional, he is a well-rounded individual whose diverse interests and talents contribute to his effectiveness in the industry. Customers working with Timothy not only benefit from his knowledge in insurance, but also experience a personable and dedicated agent who goes the extra mile to meet their unique needs.

Zach McMahon

Zach McMahon joined the East & Greenwell team in 2025. He believes insurance is about more than just numbers on a page. It’s about making sure people feel fully protected and confident in their coverage. He takes the time to walk clients through their policies so they understand exactly what they have, because to him, the right coverage is always more important than just the premium.
A Michigan native, Zach brings energy and balance to both his work and his life. He stays active by going to the gym, spending time outdoors, and even line dancing. His love for sports extends beyond the stands.
Zach officiates high school and college basketball, a role that challenges him to stay sharp, fair, and focused under pressure. When he’s not working with clients or on the court, Zach enjoys time at home with his five-year-old rescue dog, Sadie, who never fails to bring a smile to his day.

Daniel Boutote

Daniel Boutote embarked on his journey in the world of insurance in 2023, finding his professional home at East and Greenwell Agency. Within the industry, Daniel focuses on offering a diverse range of insurance product lines aimed at safeguarding the valuable assets of customers. With a passion for providing comprehensive protection, Daniel excels in assisting customers through the intricacies of insurance to help get them well-prepared for whatever life may throw their way.

Born into a bustling family, Daniel is the youngest among six siblings. This upbringing has instilled in him a sense of responsibility and a deep appreciation for the importance of familial bonds. He approaches his role in the insurance industry with a genuine desire to extend that sense of security and protection to customers, viewing them as an extended family that he is committed to.

One aspect of his profession that brings Daniel immense joy is the opportunity to assist customers in securing not only their assets but, more importantly, the well-being of their families. Whether it’s helping them through policy options or providing assistance on risk management, Daniel finds fulfillment in helping customers make informed decisions that align with their unique needs and circumstances.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Daniel is a proud “dog dad” to a charming Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Dexter and a Cardigan Welsh Corgi named Murphy. His furry companions add a delightful touch to Daniel’s life outside the office, emphasizing his caring and nurturing nature.

Riley Koenig

Riley Koenig joined the East & Greenwell team in 2023. While she left for a short time, she decided East & Greenwell was where she wanted to be and rejoined the team. She has a focus on home and auto insurance. Working on the sales side, she is passionate about helping customers find the right protection that truly fits their needs, while making sure they understand the value behind their coverage. Riley is a very driven individual, often looking for ways to help a customer before they even ask.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Riley relaxing at the beach or spending time with friends. She has two cats that she enjoys pampering as well.

Stormy Lambert

Stormy Lambert began her journey in the insurance industry in 2024 when she joined East and Greenwell’s agency. As a dedicated Customer Service Representative, she focuses on servicing home, auto, flood, umbrella insurance and more.

Stormy’s favorite aspect of her work is helping customers navigate both the exciting and challenging aspects of insurance. Her friendly approach and commitment to making insurance understandable and stress-free have earned her the loyalty of customers.

Born and raised in Florida, Stormy embodies the warmth and resilience of her home state. Outside of work, she is a devoted Taylor Swift fan, bringing a touch of sparkle and passion to everything she does. Stormy’s genuine care for customers and enthusiasm for life make her an invaluable part of the East and Greenwell team.
